Grizzly Bear Tour
See Wild and Majestic Grizzlies in their natural habitat far away from human civilization! This grizzly bear tour starts with a 2 hour (approximately) boat ride to the mainland, the Bute Inlet - our Grizzly bear destination. On arrival, we're welcomed by our guides, the Homalco First Nations band, and shuttled by minibus to the various viewing platforms. Watch those wild, beautiful bears chase and catch big salmon to fatten up for hibernation.

Guided Fishing
Set off from the resort in a 17-foot Boston Whaler and fish the waters of Discovery Passage with an experienced guide who shares your passion and excitement for fishing. Our guides are BC salmon fishing experts with a vast knowledge of the region and a deep respect for the sport. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced angler, your guide will help you reel in the catch you've been waiting for. Two guests per boat.

Sunset Cruise
This 2 1/2 hour tour sets off from April Point Resort & Spa and takes you into the hidden coves and inlets that make up the majestic Discovery Passage. Enjoy light refreshments including wine & cheeses as you learn about the history and culture of the area through the experienced guide onboard the vessel. You'll also see a variety of wildlife and marine birds.
